The 2026 WSEL Championship Series consists of four qualifying events held throughout Wisconsin. Teams compete at qualifier events for the opportunity to earn a berth into the Wisconsin State Finals.
The top eight (8) teams from each Championship Series qualifier will advance to the Wisconsin State Finals.
Yes. Teams that do not qualify may register for additional qualifier events as space permits.
Once a team has qualified for the State Finals, it is no longer eligible to compete for additional qualifying positions.
The registration fee is $105 per team ($52.50 per player) - tax included
Registration fees are generally non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances, the Commissioner may review requests on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is not available, registration may be transferred to another player or team with prior approval.
Yes. Substitute players are permitted. All substitutions must be approved by the Commissioner prior to play.
For the Wisconsin State Finals, at least one original qualifying player must remain on the roster.
Teams are expected to arrive and check in prior to the posted start time.
Teams arriving after play has begun may receive losses for missed rounds or may be removed from the event at the Commissioner's discretion.
Each qualifier begins with three qualifying matches. Teams are ranked based on match record.
Ties in the standings will be broken using cumulative point differential from qualifying matches. Additional tie-break procedures, if necessary, will be determined by the Commissioner.
Each Championship Series qualifier is limited to 32 teams.
Once an event reaches capacity, additional teams will be placed on a waitlist in the order registrations are received.

Teams may utilize an approved substitute player in accordance with WSEL substitution policies.
